Committees

Where neighbors work through the issues that matter to them, together.

01Why committees first

Your voice starts at the committee table.

Committee meetings are the best place for homeowners to weigh in on the issues they care about. They give you more frequent, focused time on a single topic, and they put you in the room with neighbors who may see things differently. Committees then share what they hear with the Board, and owners remain welcome to speak at Board meetings directly.

Owners are encouraged to make committee meetings their first stop. Email a committee to ask about upcoming meetings or to get involved.

  1. Step 1

    Find your committee

Pick the committee that covers the issue you care about, from gates to landscaping to community events.

  2. Step 2

    Join the conversation

Email the committee and attend its meetings. Share your views and hear how other neighbors see the same issues.

  3. Step 3

    Carry it to the Board

Committees share their recommendations with the Board. Board meetings stay open to every owner, and you are always welcome to speak there as well.
