Times are typical drives without traffic. On weekdays, Loop 101 and I-10 are busiest during the morning rush, about 6 to 9 a.m., and the evening rush, about 3 to 7 p.m. Allow extra time on those routes then, and around Westgate on State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena event days.
